Group Exercise Classes
Super Fitness Centers provide a variety of group exercise classes for all levels of fitness. The classes are scheduled to fit the needs of any member. Our group exercise programs offer a wide range of classes for men and women of all ages, from intense boot camps and Turbo Kick, to yoga and Pilates. You’ll find classes for core strength, flexibility, balance, muscular strength and much more.
